    1. All participants must be 18 or over to enter.

    2. A chance in a lottery, in the form of a uniquely numbered entry which shall be entered onto a paper ticket and manually included in the lottery draw, shall be purchased for the price stated on the payment page of the App (as defined below).

    3. The price of every ticket in a lottery shall be the same and each participant will have the same chance to win.

    4. No payment received for or on account of a ticket correctly entered into a lottery shall in any circumstances be returned to a participant.

    5. Three prizes are available to be won in this lottery as follows:

    6. No cash alternative is available for any prizes.

    7. 1st Prize is for one individual to make the draw on the pitch at half time. Also included is Number 7 Hospitality for two.

    9. Any claim for a prize in respect of a lottery shall be made within 6 months from the draw date of the lottery to which the claim is being made.

    10. Any claim for a prize in respect of a lottery must include proof of purchase of the bone fide winning ticket in respect of a lottery to which the claim is being made.

    11. Any dispute with regard to any claim for a prize in respect of a lottery should be received in writing by the promoter no later than seven working days following the 6 months claim period from the draw date of the lottery to which the claim is being made.

    12. The promoter shall have the final say with regard to the outcome of any dispute in respect of a lottery prize and will notify the claimant in writing within seven working days of receipt of the disputed claim.

    13. All proceeds after prizes and expenses shall be donated to Celtic FC Development Fund Ltd for the purposes of Celtic Youth Development.

    14. These rules and conditions may be subject to change at the promoter's discretion and are binding on the participant of a lottery upon receipt of proof of payment for such lottery entry by the promoter (which is automatically generated by PayPal) simultaneously with the customer confirmation.

    15. The competition closes at Noon on Friday 10th May 2019

    Celtic Development Pools Limited will use the services of IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) to act as an impartial adjudicator on disputes with customers after they have been through the operator's own internal dispute procedures and if a deadlock exists.

    WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THIS AGREEMENT DOES

    We Celtic Development Pools Limited of 20 Davaar Street, Glasgow G40 3RB license you to use: (i) the Celtic Pools Paradise Windfall mobile application software (“App”) (including any updates or supplements to it) and any of the services accessible through the App (“Services”); and (ii) any of the services accessible through the App (“Services”).

    YOUR PRIVACY

    We only use any personal data we collect through your use of the App and the Services in the ways set out in our privacy policy set out below.

    OPERATING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

    This app requires a smart device with a minimum of 45MB of memory and iOS 6 or later operating system for iPhone or 4.0.3 or later for Android.

    HOW TO TELL US ABOUT PROBLEMS

    Contacting us (including with complaints). If you think the App or the Services are faulty or mis-described or wish to contact us for any other reason please email our customer service team at [email protected].

    How we will communicate with you. If we have to contact you we will do so by email, by SMS or by pre-paid post, using the contact details you have provided to us.

    HOW YOU MAY USE THE APP, INCLUDING HOW MANY DEVICES YOU MAY USE IT ON

    You must be 18 or over to accept these terms and use the App.

    In return for your agreeing to comply with these terms you may download or stream a copy of the App onto your mobile phone or tablet and view, use and display the App and the Service on such devices for your personal purposes only and receive and use any free supplementary software code or update of the App incorporating “patches” and corrections of errors as we may provide to you.

    We are giving you personally the right to use the App and the Service and you may not otherwise transfer the App or the Service to someone else, whether for money, for anything else or for free.

    If you download or stream the App onto any phone or other device not owned by you, you must have the owner’s permission to do so. You will be responsible for complying with these terms, whether or not you own the phone or other device.

    CHANGES TO THESE TERMS, THE APP OR THE SERVICES

    We may need to change these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or best practice or to deal with additional features which we introduce. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any change by notifying you of a change when you next start the App. If you do not accept the notified changes you will not be permitted to continue to use the App and the Service.

    From time to time we may automatically update the App and change the Service to improve performance, enhance functionality, reflect changes to the operating system or address security issues. Alternatively we may ask you to update the App for these reasons. If you choose not to install such updates or if you opt out of automatic updates you may not be able to continue using the App and the Services.

    LICENCE RESTRICTIONS

    You agree that you will:

    • not rent, lease, sub-license, loan, provide, or otherwise make available, the App or the Services in any form, in whole or in part to any person without prior written consent from us;
    • not copy the App or Services, except as part of the normal use of the App or where it is necessary for the purpose of back-up or operational security;
    • not translate, merge, adapt, vary, alter or modify, the whole or any part of the App or Services nor permit the App or the Services or any part of them to be combined with, or become incorporated in, any other programs, except as necessary to use the App and the Services on devices as permitted in these terms;
    • not disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the App or the Services nor attempt to do any such things; and
    • comply with all applicable technology control or export laws and regulations that apply to the technology used or supported by the App or any Service.

    ACCEPTABLE USE RESTRICTIONS:

    You must:

    • not use the App or any Service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as viruses, or harmful data, into the App, any Service or any operating system;
    • not infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of the App or any Service;
    • not transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the App or any Service;
    • not use the App or any Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users; and
    • not collect or harvest any information or data from any Service or our systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any Service.

    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    All intellectual property rights in the App and the Services throughout the world belong to us (or our licensors) and the rights in the App and the Services are licensed (not sold) to you. You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, the App, the Documentation or the Services other than the right to use them in accordance with these terms.

    OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU

    We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time you accepted these terms, both we and you knew it might happen.

    We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

    WHICH LAWS APPLY TO THIS CONTRACT AND WHERE YOU MAY BRING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

    These terms are governed by Scots law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the App or the Services in the Scottish courts.

    PRIVACY POLICY

    Celtic Development Pools Limited (“we”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our end-user licence agreement as set out above (“EULA”) and any additional terms of use incorporated by reference into the EULA, together our “Terms of Use”) applies to your use of: (i) the Celtic Pools Paradise Windfall mobile application software (“App”); and (ii) any of the services accessible through the App (“Services”).

    This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, the data controller is Celtic Development Pools Limited of 20 Davaar Street, Glasgow G40 3RB.

    INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

    We will collect and process the following data about you:

    • Information you give us (“Submitted information”): This is information you give us about you by filling in forms on the App, or by corresponding with us (for example, by e-mail). The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number and age.
    • Information we collect about you and your device (“Log Information”). Each time you use the App we will automatically collect details of your use.
    • Information we collect about your location (“Location information”). We also use technology to determine your current location.
    • Information we receive from other sources (“Third Party Information”). We are working closely with third parties (including our payment services provider, PayPal and age verification partner, GB Group plc).

    COOKIES

    USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION

    We use information held about you in the following ways:

    • Submitted Information: to process your entry into the relevant Paradise Windfall lottery draw(s) and to send you information about our products and services from time to time.
    • Log information: to process your entry into the relevant Paradise Windfall lottery draw(s) .
    • Location Information: to ensure that only users in authorised territories are able to access the Services.
    • Third Party Information: to process your entry into the relevant Paradise Windfall lottery draw(s) and verify the validity of your entry.

    We may associate any category of information with any other category of information and will treat the combined information as personal data in accordance with this policy for as long as it is combined.

    WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

    All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers (provided by Microsoft as part of their Azure product offering and located at a data centre in the EU). Any payment transactions carried out by our chosen third-party provider of payment processing services (PayPal) will be encrypted.

    Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the App; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

    YOUR RIGHTS

    You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes.     ACCESS TO INFORMATION

    The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with that Act.
